Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s or, Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced industry.
- Fresh graduates/lesser experienced candidates having the right acumen can also be eligible.
- Experience in logistics, commercial, or supply chain management is beneficial.
Overview of the Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor Logistics/commercial/supply chain activities for any abnormality.
- For any abnormalities, notify and collaborate with clients, 3rd party service providers, and other stakeholders immediately.
- Escalate a critical issue to the right person/team and de-escalate that issue as appropriate.
- Perform other duties that are assigned by management to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Perform all administrative and document control functions associated with providing world class Customer Service.
- Follow standard work instructions.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. Escalate if necessary.
- Ensure world-class customer service is being delivered and overall customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and key metrics.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance project performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate with overseas clients using digital tools.
- Facilitate communication with stakeholders via email and virtual meetings.
- Participate actively in internal and client meetings.
- Support in onboarding and training new team members.
Key Requirements
- Available to work a rotating workday, weekend & holiday schedule as needed.
- High proficiency in English language is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- An eye for detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to evaluate and prioritize tasks.
- Customer oriented and a strong drive to meet and surpass customer expectations.
Nice To Have Requirements
- Basic understanding of Cold Chain Industry
- Experience using any ERP systems or other order entry & management system
- Experience in Cold Chain/Supply Chain, Equipment leasing, freight forwarder, Airline Industry, or manufacturing
