Data Scientist

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics or Statistics from a reputed university.

• Minimum 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in data science or machine learning.

• Solve complex problems across multiple domains.
• Collaborate with product developers, data engineers and business analysts to drive decisions.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Build & fine-tune machine learning models and deep learning algorithms.
• Build KPIs, high quality dashboards and other data products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and develop data-driven solutions.
• Be Curious about data driven decision making and attention to detail.
• Develop and test machine learning models to address business challenges.
• Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct statistical analyses to extract trends and insights from data.
• Optimize and maintain ML pipelines for performance and scalability.

• Strong experience with Python and/or R, related libraries, and with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Expertise in statistical techniques (regression, classification, segmentation, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of time series analysis, including statistical methods and time series-specific preprocessing techniques and feature engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity of ETL data pipelines and data warehousing big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Curious mindset to dive into complex problems and analytical approach to find a solution.
• Sense of ownership of work.
• Excellent communication skill in English.
• Must be willing to work flexible office hours.
• Willing to take ownership and handle workload proactively.
• Adherent to teamwork and always represents team in work and achievement.
• Motivated to learn and work with new technologies.

• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of MLOps practices
• Understanding of NLP, and computer vision
• Domain expertise in logistics industries.
